30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every GOTYOURSIX timepiece. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — whether that's an exchange or a full refund. However, you must pay the return postage cost.

To be eligible:

  • The watch must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unmodified
  • Original packaging and any included accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to start a return: Contact us via Instagram or email within 30 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

This guarantee applies to manufacturing quality and satisfaction with your purchase. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear, which remain subject to our standard warranty terms.

WARRANTY

Every GOTYOURSIX timepiece is covered by a 6‑month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. A replacement/repair/refund can be issued. 

What’s Covered

  • Movement faults

  • Hands, dial, bezel and crown defects

  • Case or crystal defects caused by manufacturing issues

  • Water resistance failure (when used within the rated depth and with the crown fully secured)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling

  • Water damage caused by an open or unseated crown

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
