Refund policy

Every GOTYOURSIX timepiece is covered by a 6‑month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. A replacement/repair/refund can be issued. 

What’s Covered

• Movement faults

• Hands, dial, bezel and crown defects

• Case or crystal defects caused by manufacturing issues

• Water resistance failure (when used within the rated depth and with the crown fully secured)

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling

• Water damage caused by an open or unseated crown

• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
